10. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL WOOFPAY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of profits or revenue
- Loss of data or information
- Business interruption
- Reputational damage
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
