3. User Accounts

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by WoofPay and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WOOFPAY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits or revenue
  • Loss of data or information
  • Business interruption
  • Reputational damage

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
